  1. RETAIL TERMS:

At and after the time of the initial retainer, adjustments can still be made to the invoice.

Additions and subtractions may be accepted up until 28 days prior to the event. Last minute additions may be made up until 3 days before the event - but are subject to an additional late fee, in which the amount will be determined by Unforgettable Floral, in which the customer agrees to pay by signing this contract.

After the original contract is signed, we reserve the right to increase service fees based on extra labor and transportation as needed due to any major design additions.

By signing this contract, you are guaranteeing a minimum payment of 75% of the original proposal's total. Any liability on the part of Unforgettable Floral is limited to the full refund of monies paid minus the retainer fee.

Clients are not able to drastically change the color scheme more than once without an additional change fee, which is determined at the discretion of Unforgettable Floral.

Unforgettable Floral reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time the company feels that the obligations cannot be met. In this situation, the client will be refunded all payments except for 50% of the retainer. This contract can be canceled no later than 4 weeks before the event date.

In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency, Unforgettable Floral will credit the amount toward another day minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that CLIENT informs Unforgettable Floral.
